Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the VM345 Distribution platform:

• •Artificial Streaming: Using bots, click farms, automated scripts, or any non-human means to inflate stream counts, follower numbers, or engagement metrics on any digital service provider (DSP).
• •Royalty Fraud: Manipulating royalty data, submitting false claims, or attempting to collect royalties for content you do not own or have rights to distribute.
• •Identity Misrepresentation: Creating accounts under false identities, impersonating other artists or labels, or using stolen credentials.
• •Content Piracy: Uploading, distributing, or monetizing content that you do not have legal authorization to use, including unauthorized samples, covers without proper licensing, or leaked/unreleased material.
• •Payment Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or attempting to exploit our payment systems.

VM345 Distribution employs advanced monitoring systems to detect and prevent fraudulent activity:

• Real-time streaming analytics to identify abnormal play patterns and bot-like behavior
• Content fingerprinting and rights verification checks before distribution
• Cross-platform data sharing with DSPs and industry organizations to flag known bad actors
• Account verification processes including email confirmation and identity checks for payout eligibility

When fraudulent activity is detected, VM345 Distribution reserves the right to take the following actions:

• •Immediate Account Suspension: Accounts suspected of fraud will be suspended pending investigation.
• •Revenue Withholding: All pending royalty payments will be frozen until the investigation is resolved.
• •Content Takedown: Fraudulent or unauthorized content will be immediately removed from all DSPs.
• •Permanent Ban: Confirmed fraud will result in permanent account termination and blacklisting from the platform.
• •Legal Action: VM345 Distribution reserves the right to pursue legal action and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and industry bodies.

4. Reporting Fraud

If you suspect fraudulent activity on the VM345 Distribution platform — whether it involves another user, your own account being compromised, or content you own being distributed without authorization — please report it immediately:

All reports are treated confidentially and investigated within 48 business hours. Whistleblowers will not face retaliation.

5. Artist and Label Responsibilities

As a user of VM345 Distribution, you agree to:

• •Only upload and distribute content you own or have explicit legal rights to
• •Never engage in or encourage artificial streaming practices
• •Promptly report any suspicious activity you observe on the platform
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access
• •Comply with all applicable laws and DSP terms of service
