CCPA / CPRA Notice

1. Scope

This notice explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. It applies to California residents. Residents of other states with comparable laws may exercise equivalent rights through the same contact route.

2. Categories of Information We Collect

Identifiers. Name, email address, account identifier, and IP address.

Commercial information. Subscription and billing records, payout history, and royalty statements.

Internet activity. Pages visited within the dashboard and features used, in aggregate.

Professional information. Artist and label names, catalogue metadata, and rights declarations you provide.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined by the CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

4. Why We Collect It

To operate your account, deliver your releases to digital service providers, calculate and pay royalties, meet tax and accounting obligations, detect fraudulent or infringing uploads, and provide support.

5. Your Rights

Know. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.

Delete. Request deletion, subject to exceptions where we must retain records for legal, financial, or rights-history reasons.

Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Limit. Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.

Non-discrimination. We will not deny service, charge a different price, or reduce service quality because you exercised any of these rights.

6. How to Submit a Request

Email privacy@visionmedia345.com with the subject “CCPA Request”. We verify requests against the email address on your account, and we respond within 45 days. If we need more time we will tell you and may extend by a further 45 days. An authorised agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.
